Wellness Tree Community Clinic

In case you missed the Joining Forces meeting today, September 125, 2020, you missed a great presentation by Ms. Tamara Harmon, the new Executive Director of the Wellness Tree Community Clinic.  Below is part of her presentation.  You can find contact information in the Veterans Service Guide under Medial, Mental Health and Dental.  You can also find information under the Support for Veterans menu item.

The Wellness Tree Community Clinic provides services free of cost for qualifying patients over the age of 18. To qualify for care applicants must not have insurance benefits including medicaid or medicare and have income below 300% above the Federal Poverty Level. In 2020 that number was $3,190 for an individual. Add $1,120 for additional dependents. We also provide care for people who are under insured, meaning they would not be able to afford care under the plan they have. For example if they have medical benefits but no dental benefits they can qualify for help with us. We provide the following care:
-Medical
-Dental
-Optical
-Medication
-Audiology
-Small Surgical Procedures
-Diabetic Care
-Physical Therapy
-Mental Health
-Patient Services Navigation
-Health Education

Thanks Tamara for joining us and sharing about the Wellness Tree community Clinic.
